John A. Roush

Mr. Roush has served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors since December 2010. Mr. Roush joined the Company after a twelve-year career with PerkinElmer, Inc., where he was a corporate officer and served in several senior leadership positions, including President of the Environmental Health business. Before joining PerkinElmer, Mr. Roush held management positions with Outboard Marine Corporation, AlliedSignal, Inc. (now Honeywell International), McKinsey & Company Inc., and General Electric. Mr. Roush holds a B.S.E.E. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
Deborah A. Mulryan
Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Mulryan has served as the Company's Vice President, Human Resources since September 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Mulryan served for almost thirty years in various human resources and strategic planning leadership roles. Ms. Mulryan joined the Company from Sycamore Networks, Inc. where she served as the Vice President of Human Resources (2008-2011). Previously, she held senior Human Resources roles for Cantata Technology (2006-2008), MatrixOne, Inc. (2004-2006), Analog Devices, Inc. (1997-2004) , and Fidelity Investments (1992-1997). Ms. Mulryan holds B.S.B.A and M.B.A. degrees from Northeastern University.
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Buckley has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer since March 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Buckley served for ten years in various financial positions at PerkinElmer, Inc., including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its Environmental Health business and Chief Financial Officer of the Asian operations. Prior to joining PerkinElmer, Mr. Buckley held management positions with Honeywell International, Inc. (formerly AlliedSignal, Inc.) and Georgeson & Company, Inc. Mr. Buckley holds a B.A. in Finance from Manhattanville College and an M.B.A. from U.C.L.A.
Jamie B. Bader
Vice President, Group President of Precision Motion and Technologies

Mr. Bader has served as the Company's Vice President, Group President of Precision Motion and Technologies business group since July 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Bader served for twenty-five years in various business leadership and management consulting roles. He joined the Company from IBM Corporation, where he served as Partner and the Practice Leader for the General Business Strategy and Transformation practice. Previously he was President and CEO of Quarry Technologies, Group President of the Frequency Control Group at Oak Industries, and Vice President and General Manager of the Worldwide Mobile Data Division at Motorola. Mr. Bader began his career at Bain & Company. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from M.I.T, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Mr. Glastra joined the company in 2012 after a highly successful 18-year career with Phillips, where he most recently served as CEO of Philips Entertainment Lighting. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Philips Lumileds, and general manager of various Philips business units including Philips LCD Backlighting and Philips Semiconductors. He also served as Director of Corporate Strategy in the Philips corporate headquarters. Mr. Glastra holds a Master of Science Degree in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology, as well as an Advanced Engineering Degree in Applied Physics and Electronics from ESPCI in Paris, France, and an MBA from INSEAD.
Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Chang has served as the Company's Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since August 2011. Prior to joining GSI Group, he worked at EMD Millipore (formerly known as Millipore Corporation) as the Assistant Corporate Controller (2007-2011) and earlier as the Director of Financial Reporting. Prior to that, he was in the Audit and Assurance Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston, Massachusetts (1995–2005), most recently as a Senior Manager. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, he managed and coordinated audit and advisory services to several multinational corporations in a variety of industries. Mr. Chang is a Certified Public Accountant.
